The Premium Toll-Free Number (PTFN) service provided by Go4Clients is designed to facilitate high-quality, high-integrity A2P business communications and does not allow the sending of spam or unconsented messages. To protect both networks and consumers from abuse, Go4Clients enforces a basic code of conduct that sets forth best practices for message sending and content generation.

Although these best practices do not constitute legal advice, messages sent through the Go4Clients network must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) enforced by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

Go4Clients may, at its discretion, review accounts to verify compliance with these policies and best practices. Noncompliance may result in:

  • Suspension of sending rights for a provisioned number.

  • Restriction of access to high-volume messaging.

  • Suspension of provisioning rights for new numbers.

  • Full suspension of network services.

Repeated violations of these policies may result in the termination of all network services.
