You sign up for any of the plans to gain access to the platform. From there, you can access the AI Assistant settings.

There is no limit to creating AI Assistants within the plan, here’s how it works:

You can create as many assistants as you want within your account, all running at the same time. They will share the plan’s total minute volume.

How do I cancel the AI Assistant service?

By canceling the subscription. You can also cancel by sending an email to [email protected]

Creating Assistants has NO additional cost, but...

Once you purchase any of the plans, you can create the AI Assistant from the platform using the available templates. Keep in mind that depending on the plan, you also have a certain number of hours for support. However, if you need additional support or development that requires more time, the additional service hour costs $25 USD.

If you don’t use all the minutes in your plan, this happens:

They do not roll over. Plans are billed in full.
